A sample letter is given below.

Sir,

A group of 23 Korean Christian volunteer was kidnapped on July 19 by Taliban .The leader of the Group, Pastor Bae Hyung Kyu, 42 had already been killed in cold blood by

The Taliban.

These Korean volunteers has nothing to do with politics of Afghan Government or

The Taliban .They Christians came to help the people of Afghanistan on humanitarian Grounds .To hurt them is a savage act and crime according to any religion norm.

On behalf of the Christian community I would like to appeal all those who had the potential to influence the people in decision making among Taliban ranks to intervene and request the Taliban High command to spare the lives of these Korean Christians and help them to return to their homes .Media should also play its role to promote good will among nations .It is said Love begets love and hate begets hate.
