Thank you for praying with us at this time. I am off to another part of this country in an hour's time, so this is a very brief report indeed.
The quake shook the western part of the country around 8am on Monday morning followed by 26 shocks and very high tidal waves destroying houses and washing away anything in the way..The damage was estimated around 2 to 3 hundred million dollars in repair. Authorities are yet to come up with details, but as of last night a number of people were confirmed dead while many more are missing.
Mostly children and old people were the victims. I am sending down my vice president this morning to make an assesment on my congregations in that part to help us send help as soon as possible. I will send further reports when I have them. Continue to pray with us.
