Edward Retta has been a global business consultant for 30 years. Retta previously lived in South America, Europe and Africa. He has led cross cultural training for leading global brands, government agencies and NATO senior military officers. Edward served as a citizen diplomat for the US Department of State and currently facilitates leadership training for members of Parliament in South Sudan. He is fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and English. He is currently the Director of the Global Institute of Leadership (WEA) for the Latin American Evangelical Alliance (AEL), building funding capacity for regional alliances. He is also a member of the Junta Directiva and Advisory Board for the AEL.
Edward previously served in full time ministry with Operation Mobilization Ships, in public and media relations, as government liaison and leader of staff development.
Retta graduated from military school at Texas A & M University and later from Dallas Theological Seminary.
