Palmira dos Santos was born in a Christian family, but it was at the age of 14 that she personally received Christ as Lord and Savior. In that same year, God gave her a dream about her calling for His kingdom. She began working with Youth for Christ ministry in 2004 as volunteer and in 2007 she became the provincial director in YFC Angola in Cunene province. She finished her studies in international trading in Mouloud Mammerie University in Algeria, and after coming back to her country she worked for 2 years as the assistant of the General Secretary of the government of Cunene province, and has been vice secretary in UIEA church working alongside with the Senior Pastor and member of the council of the church. She has worked in several youth ministries in evangelism and discipleship as GA (Elected Generation), True women, and kids ministries as prince and princess from 2009 to the present volunteering, as leader and now mentoring young people, especially women. She is currently working as National Director of Youth for Christ Angola since 2017, with a project called True Women, empowering women to fulfill Gods propose in their life. She also began her studies in Theological Institute of Lubango.
