Bajrang Dal targets Christians in Madhya Pradesh, India

Attacks on Christians in India have increased in Intensity and Frequency.

EFI expresses deep concern over the recent persecution of Christians at the hands of Sangh Parivar inspired Hindutva forces.

On January 25: seven policemen assaulted Rev. Hateh Singh in Jhabua.

January 26: Bajrang Dal activists assaulted 20 Christian preachers from Nagpur in a Jabalpur hotel.

January 27: Saffron terror in prayer assembly in Bhopal. Eight injured grievously.

January 29: Attempts to set churches aflame in Seoni, Malwa, Hoshangabad, Betul and Itarsi.

Feburary 1: Satpura Bible Bhawan Church in Bagdona of District Betul, Madhya Pradesh was stoned by 12 Hindu miscreants at 1:15AM

While the suspected BJP government’s tactic support to the Bajrang Dal is preventing Christian outfits from demonstration in public, chief minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, who also holds the home department, is yet to take action against the miscreants.
